As you can probably tell from all the pictures, this was my favourite collection today. I always love Matthew Williamson's collections and this season was no exception. It's probably the 'Spring' in me though, as we're in Spring here in Australia and i would LOVE to wear every single piece featured in his collection right now. Too bad we have to wait months...

So all in all, I liked Day 2 of LFW. Now i need to run off again (because i'm even more late than i was yesterday...whoops!) so i apologise for the lack of descriptions and views on each collection.

LFW Day 1

From all the collections shown today, I've chosen some of my favourite looks out of each. I think my favourite today was Charles Anastase, but all this could change this afternoon when I've had a better look at all the collection. Either way I'm always continuously amazed at the talent these people have - i can't even fathom creating a whole collection of clothing!

PPQ

I like all the monochrome pieces in the PPQ collection, especially the first dress with the ruffles.

I also liked the monochrome colour palette in the collection of this new label.

Holistically, I didn't really like this collection, but I did love the big hats and bold colours.

For some reason, the last two images here remind me of dessert, I don't know whether it's because of the towering spirals of hair piled on top of their heads, or if it's the dessert-like quality and structure that each piece has.

I loved the girlish charm mixed with the abstract pieces and the heavy patent black shoes.


I know I haven't covered all the runway shows that went on on Day 1, but hopefully I'll get around to doing them this afternoon. Now I've got to run around the house like a madman and get ready for school...I fear my mum is going to come in any moment and tell me it's time to leave...
